| uh huh. right. You know this how? and doesn't every game get repetitive and stale eventually? more importantly though, has anyone ever made a stealth RTS? or stealth-like multiplayer? oddly, I find that might be interesting, althoug it probably wouldn't work out very well. |

I didn't know orbit cleans your house as well.
This is a huge problem I've noticed in liberal media particularly. For whatever bias the right wing loonies dream up these stations of having, whether its CNN, MSNBC, PBS/NPR, or whatever, none of these stations actively call out Republicans on their lies when it should be an easy feat. Fox News actually might be due some credit here for calling out the lies of Democrats. It's just really sad that, while presented as satire, I've seen more hard-hitting reporting from the Daily Show than any of the rest of the so-called "liberal media". Point being, if a politician lies, it shouldn't go unchecked, whether it's from the mouth of a Republican or Democrat. This isn't a partisan issue, this is an issue about truth in our government which should be held to the highest standard and subject to the deepest scrutiny.

Many states have Fetal Homicide laws. California's statute is as follows:Section 187, Murder defined: death of a fetus. Paragraph A-- Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being or a fetus with malice aforethought. In total 37 states have some form of fetal homicide laws. They include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. So the odds are, the state you live in has a law like this. The key portion is the malice and forethought.!

The idea that uninsured patients die far more often than those with insurance isn't troubling??
But 10 times better. |

I completely agree. The problem is that unions tend to have noble beginnings, but eventually grow to become complex bureaucracies, heavily complicating the manufacturing process. UAW is a perfect example of high expectations and demands meeting the real world of union vs. non-union labor competition and outsourcing. Availability of cheap oil made shipping of goods across the globe possible at virtually no cost per-item. As long as oil remains cheap, the trade wars will continue and any worker willing to cross the union will be able to dismantle it and remove its bargaining power simply by offering to do the same job for less. Countries and governments will advertise their lack of regulation and willingness to break up unions in order to attract business. Decent treatment of a union employee without a job? What good is that? How about a competitive pension plan with no money in the bank? What unions do not realize is that sometimes bad business is better than no business. They're driving jobs out of the US. When the times are good they want their bear share of the profits. When times are tough, they go tough on concessions. They take their convictions to the grave. The more bureaucratic they are, the more inflexible and ill-adapted to change they become and eventually vanish with the tide.

Um, isn't this a good thing? Some companies were caught submitting faulty information, and that information was retracted from the progress report. Would you rather they have kept the unrealistic numbers and covered the whole thing up? Because I don't see why else someone would complain about them *removing* unreliable information.
